- No refunds for downloadable or consumed digital content.
- Proof of purchase is required for refund requests.

- Partial refunds may apply for partially consumed services.
- Full refunds for company-canceled events.
- No refunds for user-initiated cancellations of live events.
- Refunds issued only via the original payment method in INR.
- Refund requests after 2 days are not entertained.
- For LMS subscriptions, refunds apply only if no content was accessed.
- Course refunds valid if less than 5% of the course was completed.
- Users violating terms of service may forfeit refunds.
